Extruded Tint
Solartint's high performance extruded tints are a professional range of non-metalised products with high performing data and an optically clear appearance.
High performance technology is the extrusion of the base polyester tint. The colour of the tint comes from the actual polyester as opposed to being a coating on the face of the tint. This technology ensures maximum durability, stability of colour and has the added bonus of enhanced shrinking qualities as well as never blistering, bubbling or fading.
Many window tint manufacturers are incapable of producing extruded tints but the Solartint manufacturer have been supplying extruded base films for over 10 years and its quality is highly regarded among customers world wide.
Premium Extruded IR Tint
Solartint's premium grade extruded IR tint is a product which has the combined technology of 'extrusion' and 'heat-shield'.
Solartint's heat-sheild technology has rates of Infrared blockage by up to 99% which is one of the world's best. Solartint not only has the best blockage of Infrared but also has the highest visual light transmittance in the market. This technology is applied on the premium grade extruded IR tint and offers premium quality heat rejection at a reasonable market price.
Solartint's Premium Extruded IR technology is a non-metalised product which in turn will not affect electronic signals. e.g. Satellite Navigation, GPS, phone reception etc.
